Riley Smith

New Business Coordinator

Riley joined Baystate Financial in January of 2019 as a New Business Coordinator on the New Business team and transitioned to the Financial Planning Department in February of 2020. As a paraplanner on the Financial Planning team, Riley assists case writers with initial data entry and developing financial plans. She also supports advisors and clients in maintaining their Personal Financial View accounts.

Her role includes:

  • Inputting client data into planning software
  • Tracking financial plans
  • Communicating with clients and planners throughout the initial planning process
  • Helping clients and advisors manage their PFV website

Riley graduated from Salve Regina University in 2018 with a master’s degree in Business Administration.
